Regency Inn & Suites in NYC
can you someone tell me why this hotel shut down and did not tell anyone who made reservation or at least a warning. My mom went there today after leaving the airport and to her findings the hotel was boarded and a small note left on the door. She and my step dad travel all around Manhattan with their luggage (on foot) to about 6 hotels until they were accomadated. What the hell is wrong with this dam hotel?
My friend, are you referring to the Regency Inn Suite at 215 West 34th Street? Because if it is that hotel, it is a likely that the hotel was closed by either the City’s Health Department, or the Building Department, for some sort of violation, and the manager of the hotel failed to notified you about its closure.
You should file in complaint with Regency Hotels Corportation about this hotel’s lack of serivce.
