What is a good place to stay in southern Vermont?
My boyfriend and I have a family thing to go in Rutland, Vermont We want to be somewhere near (Reasonable driving a maximum of 30 minutes )…. we are in our 20's, like trying new restaurants, watch movies and enjoy the local culture … I wonder what you can do for entertainment in Southern Vermont? someone mentioned the Maple Syrup Museum, Ben and Jerry museum … Are there lakes for swimming / ponds that we could visit? mountains that we could go? We do not mind driving to an attraction, but we want the hotel to be near Rutland. There is also a bed and breakfast better than a normal hotel? Also, recommend any or hotels? thanks
