Eggs appeared ….???
I stayed at a bed and breakfast with my husband years ago and who used "appeared eggs. The best I can describe it is eggs mixed with cream of wheat and other ingredients, then baked and served with sauce or syrup well. That was so good, the consistency was not like quiche – the appearance that almost reminded me of cornbread. Does anyone have a recipe for this? when I asked the owner / chef, she said it was cream of wheat
I was not the cream of wheat semolina was what it looks like there was no more than grains with beaten eggs and butter and add to the oven … some people let cool and cut it and fry ….. serve with syrup or honey …..
