The legendary Pokemon, Darkrai, Arceus and Shaymin I have heard are obtained through events. However I don’t live in Japan or USA so how am I meant to get them?

I have got to the point where there is mystery gift on the menu, but when I search “via wireless” or any other way, it says there are no gifts. Can someone please help me?!?
