Bed And Breakfast Virginia Mountains
1 year wedding anniversary in Virginia, ideas?
My husband and I celebrated our one year anniversary of the wedding on December 21. We are very new to the Norfolk, Virginia area because of the Navy and is having trouble trying to find a romantic place to escape and spend a few days. We would love go over the north / possibly mountain state. We want to go somewhere far from a big city, more rural, quiet, but still entertaining Light / shopping. We do not mind driving a couple of hours, but no more than 4.5 hours is too far from our reach. We saved some money for this, but arn't looking to spend much money. If anyone can suggest a few cities / areas to study, or even a good bed and breakfasts that are much appreciated! Thanks!
Charlottesville is a beautiful town in the mountains, great shopping, historical sites to visit, but romantic! oh well Roanoke is a great city in the mountains
