What happened to me?
Ok, im in a hotel in canada. The comfort Inn in Welland Ontario to be exact. At about 3 or 4 in the morning my friends come into our room. I believe i am dreaming and see two figures, which i believe are deceased people. Next thing i kno i am screaming and i dont know why and i cannot stop. For the rest of the time we were there (until the sun came up) i felt like we were being watched…PLEASE WHAT HAPPENED?!
I’m not exactly sure. It could have been several things.
Your Friends could have drawn you from dream realm when they walked in forcing you to try to wake in rem sleep. This causes terror because the spirit and body can not adjust properly to the “wake state”, you then suffer terror and panic because you can not register what you have seen.
You could have experienced a crossing. This happens when the Spirit has not returned from Dream state and the body wakes up. Nothing registers and Panic attacks happen until your Spirit returns. Most people sense this as being pinned to the bed and unable to move. Your body is not supposed to walk around while your spirit explores.
You could have experienced a moment of “Spiritual clarity” where the spirit wakes before the body and realized some specters.
