Barclay Cottage Bed and Breakfast was built in 1895, served as a private school for 50 years, and has been graciously welcoming guests since 1917, making it one of the oldest continuously operating lodging establishments in Virginia. Located on a quiet street in an historic neighborhood, it is only a three minute walk to the bustling activity of the boardwalk and beach. One of only two remaining Victorian era cottages in Virginia Beach, it has all modern conveniences including: central heat and air conditioning; a Guest Business Center with computer, printer and copier; property-wide WIFI and jetted tubs.
