What can I do about the disputed credit card charges?
I had a little Christmas party at the local Holiday Inn and found 26a in December that charged me $ 450 for the room and damages. Since we already have the money to my debit card, is there any way to this controversy and get some money back? I see no way that the damage occurred many things and most complain of the noise problem. Is there such thing as an "accusation back "or reverse the charges? Any help on how to cope with this would be far from Holiday Inn say they are keeping the money.
Realize that "harm" may include comping the room for people who complained. Get a detailed list of what the damage was. You probably have to negotiate something with them, just make sure you are not charging $ 100 for one bulb.
