Need Info on Niagara Falls Vacation?

We are planning a trip to Niagara Falls in a few weeks. We plan on traveling by bus to Ontario and staying at the Hampton Inn because we have free nights there. I have been looking at various tour packages that cover the many sites in the area, but I can’t seem to find any that leave from the Canadian side, they all seem to be based in NY and will pick you up at your hotel, as long as it’s on the US side. Since we will not have a car, this concerns me. Can anyone tell me if they have stayed on the Canadian side and how they got around if they did not have a car? Please do not suggest that we stay on the US side, as I said we have free nights at the Hampton so that is where we plan on staying.

Well, there are certainly a lot of tour packages in Niagara Falls, but everything is sort of in one place, so you don’t need a guide. There are many tours that operate out of Toronto and Buffalo, it’s true.
