Gloucester Inns
Does anyone else love the salad bar?
Showing my age here, but, i used to love the Berni Inn salad bar as a child. One of my favourite salads, that they did, was cubes of Double Gloucester cheese in a dressing. Heaven!!!
I also like the Pizza Hut one, where you can have as much pizza, pasta and salad as you want for a fixed price, only Mon-Fri i think.
I love the Waitrose one as well. I love the pasta in a spinach and pesto dressing and the 3 bean salad.
I keep meaning to re-create all this at home.
Any advice welcome, for creating the above salads or any new ones.

Berni Inn…lol! My first meal out EVER when I was 8. I had a steak and couldn’t eat it so my Nan wrapped it up in a serviette for ‘later’.
I never saw that steak again 
I like salad ‘go-withs’ IE the cheese and stuff it’s just the actual salad bores me to death. That might be why I have a fat @rse
