A bad party situation?! ADVICE PLEASE!!!?
I am having a party on the weekend of oct. 27. I want at least 40 people to show, but it will be over 1,000 dollars for the cost of my party. I feel terrible for asking my parents to have the party in the first place, and I’m really trying to cut down on money and even find a way to rent out somewhere other than the Holiday Inn. I’m not being bratty either. I live in west chester PA and I cant think of anywhere to rent out thats not 500 dollars. I am super stressed, upset, and crying a lot because of this. Please, PLEASE help me! My parents are getting mad all the time about it which doesn’t help at all.
Problem is about post-poning it- people are spreading all this buzz about the party and how awesomish it will be ( I didn’t even say anything I just handed out invites) and I will look like a fool if I go to the 22 people I handed invites out to and say “Sorry its cancelled!”. Hellppp meeee….!!!!!!
Why must you have this party? Can’t you do it some other time? Like when you actually have the money?
