Bed And Breakfast Ohio Amish

Where to stay in Ohio – concert in Cleveland on Friday and the rest of the Amish country weekend?
I have tickets for the concert on Friday night in Cleveland. I'd like to spend the rest of the weekend in Ohio Amish country. I would like to see something like cheese, my wife like to see quilts and crafts, and even visits to farms or anything else available. We are in Pittsburgh. Should we head south to Millersburg Cleveland Amish enjoy the region there, or if we head east to the Geauga County? Either way is not far from the way back to the 'Burgh. I would like spend the night on Friday, not far from Cleveland, and perhaps on Saturday in a bed & breakfast, lodge, cabin or inn. Of course I'd like to get a good price. Some B & B are out of my price range any suggestions on where to stay? I have seen the tourism websites. Please do not send me links to them. I've been there. I'd like some first hand and information. Such links to specific attractions or accommodation together with a recommendation? Thanks in advance for all your help!
I never stayed anywhere in Amish Country (Holmes County), because you only live an hour away, but I have done several activities in my several trips there. In addition, Berlin is my favorite city to visit, because in my opinion, has the best "Amish Country" atmosphere (Berlin is only ten minutes of Millersburg on State Route 39 (?)). All I have to warn, since Sunday is a rest day for the Amish, many of the attractions in Amish Country are not open on Sundays. For cheese-making attraction, what recommend Heinrich Cheese Chalet. You may be able to see the cheese factory, but the schedule is different. If you really want to see the cheese was made, I'd probably call and ask if there is a time when they know they are going to make cheese. Usually fall on Saturdays and generally are not making cheese. Heini also has shown a lot of cheese making, which makes the place even better! There is also a shop candy shop lace, and a small shop selling different things. Furthermore, a bakery (bread Kaufman) across the road that has signs of different types of bread. On the main street (street) in Berlin, is Sun, which is a type of flea market store (people doing things and allow the shop to sell things). This place has almost anything you're looking for, on all kinds of handicrafts, so your wife can really enjoy this store. If you need any tools or "old" type of element, Lehman would be the place to find it. Situated within walking distance of Berlin in Kidron this store has everything to live simply. Even if you do not need anything in particular, this store is very fun to go to because you can not imagine some of the things they sell! I hope I have been useful and I hope you have fun!
