When in the U.S., there is an endless list of places to visit and depending on their interests, as long as you have to spend and how much you want to travel.

In Michigan is the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn and R Gerald Ford Museum in Grand Rapids.

Missouri is home to the S in Harry Truman Presidential Library.

Nevada has Hoover Dam.

New Jersey is the Morristown National Historical Park and the Thomas Edison National Historic Site.

Places to visit in New York are the Empire State Building, the world famous Statue of Liberty, Intrepid Sea-Air-Space Museum, Immigration Museum on Ellis Island, National Baseball Hall of Fame, West Point (U.S. Military Academy) and the American Museum of Natural History.

The home of the Vanderbilt Estate Baltimore and historic plantation Latta are located in North Carolina and South Carolina is home to Fort Sumter.

The United States Air Force Museum is near Dayton, Ohio, Oregon and can be accessed the Lewis and Clark National and State Historical Parks.

Steeped in history, is Pennsylvania is home to the battlefield of Gettysburg National Museum Civil War, Independence Hall, National Constitution Center and the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania.

Mount Rushmore National Park in South Dakota is known throughout youÂ're the world and while in the area, there is Badlands National Park Black Forest and the national hills.

In Tennessee National Museum is located on the Rights Civil and Texas is home to the Alamo and Johnson's NASA Space Center.
