someone can give me advice on diet habits?

im 22, female, and about 4 1 / 2 stone overweight. lately I've realized that much more and I'm tired of it now. I've always been plump, but my weight is similar to how it was when I was younger, I get now. especially I am saving to go back to California for a visit. i work as a manager of retail and that job involves being at work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Im on my feet at least 7 hours of it. My typical day is: Wake up at 6:30 Breakfast at 7:40 to work at 8:20 Open Store / Service daily 9 – 1:30 fast break at 11 lunch at 1:30 til 2:30 fast break at 4:30 Leave work at 6 home 6:40 Dinner at 8 beds a 11, but my day seems slow , moves so quickly and when I was on the fly most days I feel so stupid to the diet. I need advice for what would be good for me to eat during my work day to help me lose weight slowly. I appreciate it. any advice. :) Plz do not "let the fork," he jokes. who are ignorant and rude. thanks

Eating well plate quick guide gives an example of what you eat. Sounds like you're standing all day as it is, but trying to adjust a little more exercise into your life too, if only on weekends.
