Reasonable Bed & Breakfast in Washington, DC?

My husband and I are going to Washington DC for our wedding anniversary 4 and would like to stay in bed and reasonable breakfast in town or city where there is easy access to public transport. Does anyone have any suggestions? We will be in town for Memorial Day 2008 for about 4 days. Reasonable to me would be somewhere between $ 90 – $ 130/per great night … do not have to be fancy at all!
