We always stay at Westate resort and spa for 129 a night we get a 2 bedroom which is like a 1200 sq foot apartment, 2 bed, 2 bath, full kitchen, full dining room, washer and dryer, huge jacuzzi spa tub in master room. The resort has like 8 pools (many with tiki bar s for adults), mini golf, kayaking, fishing, shuffleboard, ping pong, sand volleyball, pool volleyball, gym, movies at poolside, spa services, activity plans for kids, djs at the pool some days with bbq parties, breakfast at the pool, arcade, and much more. http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g34515-d268861-Reviews-Westgate_Lakes_Resort_Spa-Orlando_Florida.html
This is close to everything too and a superwalmart right next door.
They may offer you to do a timeshare tour when you check in for a discount but say no to this (timeshares are stupid investments).
We have so much fun there, so much more roomier and more to do than a boring hotel.
