1 – My piercer told me to avoid chlorinated pools although, one would think that chlorine would kill the germs. Regardless of what I thought, I avoided them anyway. you’re supposed to clean it with salt water so the ocean would actually be more beneficial than detrimental.
2 – Yes you can! I have. 
Just be careful with who you’re swimming with as you don’t want it to accidentially get caught on someone or something and god forbid get ripped out or be pulled on (it tends to hurt 
)
3 – Just make sure the balls are screwed on tightly (not so tight as that you can’t get them off but tight enough so that they can’t come out by regular every day activity)
4 – Nope.
5 – I live in the U.S. so i can’t really answer that one. I get all my body jewelry online. It’s alot cheaper.
6- Google body jewelry. most sites that I patronize tend to ship worldwide so that shouldn’t be a problem.
7 – I shop at bodyjewelry.com and piercedfish.com mostly. I don’t know if either of those would work for you but they’re worth a try.
8 – Clean twice a day. No more, that would be overcleaning and any less would be undercleaning imo.
